Listen, in this online world, there are a bunch of

Listen, in this online world, there are a bunch of charlatans selling their wares on the different corners of the interwebs.

Some of these programs might actually help you. Some you will end up cracking open, then shoving them to your virtual nightstand, never to see the actual light of day.

Meaning, they never actually help you.

So, I know why you’re skeptical about “yet another program.”

But here’s the reason why I know I can help you. Just like I’ve helped Janie set boundaries so that she could have healthier relationships.

What’s missing in traditional Self-Care is learning how to FEEL the FEELS. When we don’t allow ourselves to FEEL, it creates STRESS and EMOTIONAL EXHAUSTION. When this happens, we lose connection with others and ourselves and we can’t get off the life/hamster wheel.

Of course you have. So many of us think that way. As women, we are conditioned to look, act, and behave a certain way.

We are taught to put our needs last
and to please everyone else with a smile on our face.

We are OVERWHELMED by everything we have to DO.

We worry that we’re still not DOING ENOUGH.

What if I told you that you didn’t have to feel BURNT OUT or live in OVERWHELM or DO EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE ELSE so you can feel LOVED AND WORTHY?

No, me saying this isn’t just talk.

I know because I’ve been there.

I came from a pretty drama-fueled family where chaos flew around me. Because of this, I learned some sweet survival strategies that kept me safe. And they worked. Until they didn’t.

I LEARNED HOW TO LIVE A SAFE LIFE. I was RESISTANT to life. I lived in FEAR:

FEAR of STANDING UP for myself
FEAR of using my VOICE
FEAR of owning my POWER
FEAR of OFFENDING people
FEAR of ABANDONMENT
FEAR of people being MAD at me

This all led to a SERIOUS case of PEOPLE PLEASING and STAYING SMALL and PLAYING IT SAFE.

And then I decided to change things. I learned how to set boundaries and learned how to say NO, so I could say YES to me. I started to find out WHO I WAS if I wasn’t someone’s partner, or child, or sibling, or parent. I learned what FUELED me and my SOUL.

I chose to transform.
