There are a large variety of phobias that are classified as an extreme fear. Phobias can range from a fear of the dark to the fear of spiders. Phobias can come on gradually or instantly present themselves. Phobias interfere with daily life and can be healed through hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural techniques individualized toward the client.
