Deep Reset Session
$1,500 | 3 hours | Online or in Seattle
One deep dive: a check-in, an hour of trance work, an hour of integration and soul mapping, and energy healing to close.
Chakra Journey
From $4,500 | 9 weeks | 90-minute sessions
My signature container. We move through each chakra and the wound it holds, one week at a time, with self-hypnosis meditations between sessions. VIP from $6,500 adds text support between sessions.
My Personal Healing Journey
I’ve walked this path myself. For over 20 years, I’ve used these same healing practices in my own life. After my son’s unexpected passing in 2016, I felt broken. It was through deep soul work, hypnotherapy, inner-child healing, and spiritual coaching, that I found the strength to heal, reclaim my power, and rebuild my life.
These tools didn’t just save me, they transformed me. Today, I help my clients do the same: move beyond their pain, align with their soul, and create a life they truly love.

Can I work with you if I don’t live in Washington?
Yes. Coaching is available to women anywhere in the world, online. I also see coaching clients in person in Seattle.
How much does coaching cost?
A single 60-minute session is $300. The 3-hour Deep Reset Session is $1,500. The 9-week Chakra Journey starts at $4,500, with a VIP option from $6,500.
What is trance work?
Trance work is a focused, relaxed state, similar to deep meditation, that helps you reach beliefs and patterns below your conscious mind. You stay aware and in control the whole time, and you can stop whenever you want.
Is coaching mental health treatment?
No. Coaching focuses on patterns, purpose and growth. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and it can sit alongside any care you already have.
